For the Ocean Eight devotee, this Aylward Reserve Premium Mixed 4-Bottle Pack pairs two bottles of Aylward Pinot Noir 2023 with two bottles of Aylward Chardonnay 2022—a classic cool-climate duo showing elegance and drive.

Pinot Noir 2023: Red cherry and cranberry with hints of rose and subtle spice. Medium weight, silk-fine tannins and lively acidity carry through to a long, poised finish. A brief decant polishes the aromatics.

Chardonnay 2022: Citrus zest, white peach and grapefruit pith over a mineral line. Sleek texture with neatly integrated oak; the finish is pure and saline.

Pour for a special dinner now, or lay a few down to watch them unfurl. Serve Chardonnay 10–12°C; Pinot Noir 14–16°C (light chill); decant Pinot 20–30 min.
