Ocean Eight endeavours to maintain high levels of stock for all wines featured online.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you via phone or email to offer:

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders where stock levels are insufficient.
3. Pricing
All pricing is quoted in AUD and includes GST.
Ocean Eight reserves the right to alter pricing without notice, though confirmed orders will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Your payment information is securely processed through trusted third-party providers, and Ocean Eight does not store full credit card details.
5. Age Restriction
In accordance with Australian law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase wine from Ocean Eight. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.
Deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required at the time of delivery.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Ocean Eight endeavours to deliver all orders within 7 business days.
Delivery times may vary for Western Australia, Northern Territory, and remote areas.
Shipping costs vary by state and can be reviewed via the drop-down menu in your shopping cart before completing checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wine, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will assess your request for a credit, refund, or exchange based on the circumstances.
Claims made after this period may not be accepted as we have no control over storage conditions once the wine reaches its destination.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ocean Eight is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the goods purchased.
