Free delivery for any purchase above $150 - sent via Australia post

$20 for orders below $150 - sent via Australia Post

Ocean Eight endeavours to process and dispatch all orders within 7 business days of purchase.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Queensland: Approx. 3–7 business days

  • Western Australia, Northern Territory, and remote regions: Please allow additional delivery time

Shipping costs vary by state and are calculated at checkout. You can view the shipping rate for your region via the drop-down menu in your shopping cart before completing your order.

We use trusted couriers to ensure your wines are delivered safely and efficiently. Please ensure someone aged 18 years or over is available to receive and sign for the delivery.


Returns & Quality Guarantee

Ocean Eight takes great care to ensure your wines reach you in perfect condition. If, however, you are not satisfied with the quality of your wine, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will assess your request for a credit, refund, or product exchange based on the circumstances. Please note:

  • Claims for defective or damaged wine must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Ocean Eight cannot accept responsibility for wines stored incorrectly after delivery.
