Our Rose is made from our Pinot Noir planting. The Pinot Noir paddock features 16 acres of vines made up of the clones 114, 115 & MV6. The combination of these clones, the vineyard site & horticultural practises (e.g. yield restrictions & soils protection), produce Pinot Noir that is elegant, flavoursome, aromatic & delicate.
Medium to light-pink colour with a purple tinge. The bouquet is smoky, earthy, toasty, the palate light-bodied and refreshingly easygoing, dry and savoury after a very faint tickle of sweetness on the mid-palate. A lovely drink.
