The long slow ripening also helps maintain a beautiful acidity that finishes this wine off beautifully. Elusive hints of Orange peel and fennel in the aromas then some nice crisp Pears on the palate. There are very few wines that can match with Asian ingredients like Coriander, Ginger and Lemongrass but this variety suits very well.
